[Workflow user story] Being confident in capability to complete the issue

Problem

As a first-time contributor, I'd like to be confident in choosing a good first issue so that I don't feel like I don't have enough skills or knowledge to complete the tasks.

Details

Some issues we mark as good first issue are not easy or simple at all. All issues marked as good first issue should be within the skills and knowledge of someone who doesn't know anything about the WordPress community, project and how it all works together. Good first issue should be possible to complete within 5-10 minutes. It's a typo or re-phrase.

Solution

Good first issues should be created on purpose.

Good first issues should contain only one task.

Task for good first issue should be fixing a typo, re-phrasing the sentence or anything that doesn't require any sort of knowledge about WordPress, open source, contributing or Make teams.
