Step1: Click on the plus icon to select a block

Step 2: Select the Search blocks field

Step 3: Write "quote" on the Search blocks field and then select the first result

Step 4: Write your quote

Step 5: Select the settings button

Step 6: select the text option

Step 7: choose text color for your quote

Step 8: select background option

Step 9: select background color for your quote
