[HelpHub]: Post Modified Date Block

New page for 6.3

• Create a new article for the Post Modified Date Block.
• Make sure the URL slug under Permalink is: post-modified-date-block
• At the top of the page, under the title, add the  ‘Link back to blocks’ reusable block.

Update for 6.3

• Add Post Date block variation for Post Modified Date 49111
• Only display the modified post date if the post has been modified 46839

General

• Make sure all screenshots are relevant to the latest version
• Make sure videos, if any, are up to date
• Add ALT tags for the images
• Make sure the headings are in sentence case
• Convert all reusable blocks to a ‘regular block’.
• Update the changelog at the end of the article

Notes

1. We are not adding detailed updates for the Block settings - Typography, Color, Layout, Dimension and Border and for the More Options setting in the block toolbar. Pls mention the settings included for the block and link to the detailed settings pages instead.
2. Some of the PRs have great videos that can be added to the article.

I have reviewed this one and it looks great too, thank you @carolinan!

I only made two small tweaks:

• Replaced some bold text with h3 headings.
• Replace the "More Options" section wit the content in the new pattern we are using for this section.

The page looks great. I've also updated the Blocks list page to include this new block page and scheduled for publishing on Aug 8th. Thanks @carolinan and @mrfoxtalbot for working on this.
