Issue Description

If we go to the section called Contributor Badge Criteria in documention team profile page, We will see there is a point called Migrate a page. As the Migration process from Codex to developer.wordpress.org is completed, The point is not unneccessary here.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. First go to the documentation team profile page.
  2. Go to the section called Contributor Badge Criteria
  3. See the point mentioned last "Migrate a page (DevHub,migrating guidelines)". This is the main piont to remove from the list.

Go to the Mentioned Note

  1. Now Go to the migrating guidelines, which is mentioned in the point.
  2. Go to the section called Usage Example
  3. Here you will see an link. click the linked and go to the page https://make.wordpress.org/docs/handbook/code-reference/editing-articles/migrating-from-codex/
  4. Here you will noticed the note. "Note: This project was completed. Thank you for your contribution."
  5. That means the Migration page project is completed for Codex to developer.wordpress.org, so we can remove the point.
