Write or edit spotlight articles for the Mentorship Program Participants

Background and details

In the Contributor Working Group meeting, @shusei-t shared an idea about writing interview articles on the Mentorship Program participants.

The main goal is to recognize their effort since we currently don't have an official way to do so (mentorship badge is on hold). In addition, this can help increase awareness & understanding of the program.

The training team has a set of interview questions that the featured contributor answers. then someone edits them into the contributor spotlight post.

The next cohort dates are February 19, 2024 – March 29, 2024. The article doesn't have to be published at any specific time. We also have Cohort 1 participants who can be interviewed.

We still need to determine some details: where is the best place to publish, how many articles should be written, etc.
I would like to consult with the Marketing Team for your expertise in effectively reaching our goals.
