It would be nice to be able to increment the version of a theme after changes have been made through this plugin. The version would need to be incremented in both the style.css and readme.txt files.
Additionally, the plugin could also automatically update the theme changelog in the readme.txt file. I'm not sure how the changes would be picked up - maybe we could start with a text input to describe the changes.
This would be very helpful. Even just a manual kind of "version wizard" where it increments it, you type in your comments and it adds it to the right places.
