This is a low-priority request, possibly for after the site redesign.

Description
Enable a mechanism to randomly display one of several content sets for the "Case Study" section on the front page.

(Anecdotally, @courtneyr-dev and I lightly discussed possibility of connecting the contributor content with https://make.wordpress.org/contribute and the “People of WordPress” articles too)

Largely the idea is to source the people displayed on an automated rotation. Store examples of multiple contributors in a CPT or Post + tag or something that will cycle through without being a carousel or slider.
