No patterns visible in "Wireframe" category

This page returns "0 Wireframe patterns. No results found" but there are published patterns in the wireframe category. For example, this pattern: https://wordpress.org/patterns/pattern/team-3/

I'm not sure if the pattern is in the theme (it's not displaying the right category) or the backend directory code (something blocking new categories).

The API request loaded by this page is https://wordpress.org/patterns/wp-json/wp/v2/wporg-pattern?pattern-categories=39&locale=en_US&_locale=user, which returns [].

Removing the locale returns patterns: https://wordpress.org/patterns/wp-json/wp/v2/wporg-pattern?pattern-categories=39

But the patterns do appear to have the locale set correctly.

Looking at the post meta directly, they did not actually have the locale (wpop_locale) set. I've set it manually, and am checking whether this was a bug in the creator or not. Closing this issue, will open a new one for the meta value if needed.
