What is this PR doing?
Lowering the version requirements. The playground still seems to run on this version and allows it to run on (some) more versions of node.
What problem is it solving?
Allows it to run in WebContainer without warnings
How is the problem addressed?
Dropping the version slightly.
Testing Instructions
Run as normal, still works!
