While the legacy-plugin codebase only includes checks required for the plugin review process, the new trunk branch goes beyond that. Checks are grouped into categories and can be individually covered or skipped via category checkboxes (also see related #299).

Still, this means the scope and feature set of the plugin check plugin is slightly different, and we should clarify the feature set in the readme.txt before launching a version based on trunk.

Documentation / FAQ should probably be updated and expanded as well.
