Links and buttons with just the default .button class look like this:

The .button and .button-secondary buttons should be updated to match a style from https://www.figma.com/file/HOJTpCFfa3tR0EccUlu0CM/WordPress.org-Design-Library?type=design&node-id=152-395&mode=dev
