Mentorship Program documents: Mentor/mentee guides and showrunning Doc

We have some docs that @harishankerr wrote for the Mentorship Program Cohort 1:

• Showrunning Document
• Facilitator Playbook
• Mentor Script
• Make/Team Rep Playbook
• Mentee Task List Template

Let's revise this for future cohorts and find a place to publish it.
I propose distilling them into three pages on either the Community Team Handbook (under the Contributor Working Group section of the Contributor Day Handbook) or on GitHub.

• Mentor Guide (Based on the Mentor Script and the Make/Team Rep Playbook)
• Mentee Guide (based on the Mentee Task List)
• Showrunning Document (Based on the Showrunning Document and Facilitator Playbook)
