Add newsletter sign up and podcast widgets to post template on /news

We drive a lot of traffic to single post pages within the /news area of the wordpress.org website via social media. There is a great opportunity to convert some of that traffic into subscribers to the /news newsletter. Currently, it is only possible to access the signup widget from the main /news page (https://wordpress.org/news) and not single posts. Yet, most of the inbound traffic comes into specific posts.

I am proposing that we add a footer widget to posts that includes the newsletter sign up widget and the podcast widget (which promotes the podcast and therefore WordPress and open source.)
