cuFFT error: CUFFT_INTERNAL_ERROR when running the container on WSL + Docker Desktop

Might be related to the torch version being used as mentioned in this issue.

Proposal
Try pulling FROM nvidia/cuda:11.8.0-devel-ubuntu22.04 or a more recent version

No Windows/WSL support atm.
