馃殌 Feature Proposal

Right now we're using Babel 7 for Webpack when compiling Storybook.

We're also doing a one-off Babel transpilation of our Button component using Babel but that's on version 6. To clean things up we should remove Babel v6 and just use Babel v7.

Motivation

Having Babel v6 and Babel v7 in the same repo can cause some unexpected confusion and we should probably be on the latest and greatest.
