CJ4: Taxi/Landing light illuminating inside of the cockpit (foot area)

I recognized some strange lighting in the area where the control collumn is, when turning on taxi, or landing light, or both.

This with no taxi/landing light on

Now only taxi light

And here landing light

@Uwajimaya is this something you have or could possible address? Or maybe it's not a problem anymore with your latest update?

The modeling is so bad, light will shine through the fuselage... apologies, I thought I had fixed it. Simply fix though. If you want me to submit PR, I can, or you can edit LIGHT_CJ4_Landing.fx and change SpotOuter=19 to SpotOuter=17
