[subwatch] Race condition with AutoMod and spam filter autoremove

In some cases, KazTron will pick up and post a reddit post before AutoMod or Reddit's own spam filter are able to remove the post.

Proposal: a small but obligate delay should be added between detection and posting of new posts, in order to give time for AM/Reddit to autoremove. (This should make use of the normal queue functionality, which re-verifies whether the post still exists prior to posting.)
