Background service cache /routes pages #882

The various routes pages use a cache to render pages quickly. There should be a background service that refreshes all these pages every say 15 mins so that users aren't confronted with long load times with the increasing number of categories and different queries that are required to build these pages.

#882 Performing a release now also rebuilds the discover cache.
