[Bug] Issuing an IOU with HEX currency code does not show human readable text #183

Describe the bug
When sending a payment of an IOU with a HEX currency code (as example when initially issuing this IOU), the sign dialog does not show the human readable text but the actual HEX value.

Expected behavior
The human readable ascii string of the HEX representation should be shown (like with SOLO) when issuing/sending an IOU via Sign Request
