Add DeliverMax field in API responses; hide/remove Amount field for api_version 2

  • Rename Amount Field to DeliverMax (to prevent incorrect handling of Partial Payments) rippled#3484
  • Add DeliverMax (alias for Amount) in Payment transactions rippled#4733
• Needs investigation:
  • Might not need to make changes (other than updating libxrpl) if libxrpl generates the JSON

The PR of rippled has not finished yet. From the current implementation, there is direct change of handlers , Clio will need to update.
