Surround motion not implemented

Hey @antmd and @JugglerShu, thanks for getting this up with XCode 9!

I noticed the surround motions aren't working, e.g. ysiw" surrounding inner word with quotes.

I know it's technically a vim plugin, but still would be sweet to have :)

I'm guessing the current implementation isn't able to interpret .vim scripts and this would have to be coded in Swift ?

Why wouldn't this be doable using Objective-C?
