To use "Xcode-13.4.1.app", you Need to update to the latest version. Xcode version installed on this Mac with macOS Ventura is not compatible. Free from the App Store #420

Describe the bug
After installing a different version of xcode, when I open it and run it, it says that I need to update to the latest version, which is not compatible with macos ventura.

To Reproduce
Download the different versions of xcode and open them

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I have the same problem
and I wanna install Xcode version 14.3.1

  • MacOS Sonoma 14.2
  • Xcodes: 1.10.0
  • Xcode 15.1

Have the same problem
Have: Xcode 15.0
Want: Xcode 14.2

You have to right click on the app and click show package contents, then go into the macOS folder, and then double click on the Xcode executable, an issue with Xcode not xcodes, but feature can be added to run it using that executable.
