Describe the bug
In the general view of Xcodes, on the panel of the left side, where all the Xcode versions are listed, when you have multiple installed and remove one by right clicking on an installed version, in the popover menu you select Deinstall, it does nothing.

It could be that because of a business laptop, the restrictions are there, but it gives a notion when I don't have permissions. I have the option to have administrator rights, to install everything I need. So that should not be the reason I guess.

To Reproduce
In the general view of Xcodes, on the panel of the left side, where all the Xcode versions are listed, when you have multiple installed and remove one by right clicking on an installed version, in the popover menu you select Deinstall.

Expected behavior
Installed version of Xcode's is deinstalled.
