建议将 /favicon.ico 重定向到用户设置的或者默认的 ico。
现代浏览器很多地方会静默请求 /favicon.ico，如收藏夹图标，F5 刷新。
现在访问 /favicon.ico 会提示 no [favicon.ico] account。
