WARNING: NMS time limit 10.0s exceeded, no training done

While training, I receive the error stated above, and then after a short delay get an output saying that the model has 0 precision and 0 recall. This trend continues regardless of dataset used, and I can't find where the change the NMS time limit. I tested, and the models being "trained" really do have precision and recall 0. Does anyone know what might be happening?
