There are several subdivisions that are showing you deficiencies if you do not meet a certain number of employees (usually the others "produce more"). When you go to the webpage of the subdivision you have information from virtonomics showing you the expected employees and you can compare with the number you have. The subdivisions that are showing the number of employees are:

  • Offices: very critical. Being below 100% makes all the subdivisions in the country below 100%. Usually shown at the main page of the subdivision.
  • Shops: sales will be lost. Shown as well at the main page.
  • Laboratories: investigation will continue slowly. Number of employees shown in the main page of the subdivision and needed employees shown in the tab "Resarches".

What I am proposing as improvement is that when Xio script is "FIRED!" at the main page of the subdivision or run as "XioMaintenance" there is a checking that all the needed number of employees is performed. This will be shown as a warning in the output (like when suppliers are missing)

It will be interesting as well, as a completement, that those subdivisions expecting a top manager efficiency below 100% (or a threshold) are noticed to the user as well (so he can take action!)
