[19] Natural Language Support as plugins

My native language is Chinese, I know English. And I know Esperanto a bit.

For other languages, like French, German, I have few experiences.

We need more contributors or developers from different culture background.

If Chinese support is maintained in a plugin, Chinese users who want to improve the Chinese support of Mogan can directly do modification on the Chinese support plugin, and do not need to wait for a new release of Mogan Editor.

I think that all the scheme files can be modified and put in $TEXMACS_HOME_PATH and TeXmacs will pick them up automatically, without waiting to have them in the release. Would not this be enough?

Not enough! Because it is not documented. And a plugin is consists of:

• Scheme (.scm)
  • shortcuts
  • translation
• TeXmacs Style files (.ts)
• https://github.com/XmacsLabs/mogan/tree/main/TeXmacs/langs/natural/hyphen
• And more
