Feature description

Scan sub-directories?

When using Install All NSPs, allow it to scan sub-directories, possibly as another first step choice.

Options

When the choice is "Yes", scan for NSP files in all sub-directories.
When the choice is "No", scan only the selected directory for NSPs.

Overwrite installed NSPs

When using Install All NSPs, ask the user at the beginning if already installed NSPs should be overwritten, skipped, or "Ask Me".

Options

When the choice is "Overwrite", install all NSPs even when they would downgrade the title.
When the choice is "Skip", install only NSPs that upgrade the title and those that are not installed at all.
When the choice is "Ask Me", present the question as the UI currently does, per collision.

Flow

1. Press Y on a directory,
2. Select Extra Options.
3. Select Install All NSPs.
4. Prompt user: "Scan sub-directories?" [Yes, No, Cancel]
5. Prompt user: "Where to install?" [SD Card, Internal Storage, Cancel]
6. Prompt user: "Overwrite installed NSPs?" [Overwrite, Skip, Ask Me, Cancel]
7. Go!
