Removed Skype-integration

Skype 8 no longer allows COM-integration, so it has been removed.
Now targets AnyCPU instead of only x86.
Skype 8 now correctly uses Default communications device for speakers, and changes even during a call.

Performance-update

No new features.
Now targets .NET 4.7.2.
Now build for x86, due to the Skype COM. (Let me know if you want a version without the skype)
Implemented async/await for quicker swapping of devices.
No configuration-change needed.
