[Bug] ru_ru lang causes player disconnections on death (fix included)

Description

Russian translation has twisted camel-case of death messages, that causes disconnections every time player died. For example "onFire" is written as "onfire" which is wrong.
Also the whole translation full of symbols those are not used in russian language at all, so i cleared it out.

To Reproduce

To reproduce just turn on ru_ru and die in wall, by fire, bolt, e.t.c.

Thanks! That seems like a previous error from Mojang, because I copy the translations directly from official Minecraft without any amendment. Just checked again, looks like it has been fixed.
