Redesign/revamp the side bar to increase accessibility and decrease visual clutter.

The course scroll should take up more space on the sidebar and the filters should be made into a single button "filter" that pops up and gives you options.
the header tabs "course search" and "selected course" should be side by side instead of below each other to free up space.
I dont feel that titles such as "search" are relevant since everyone knows what a search bar does, maybe we could insert that into the inner text
