通知的时间并不单调，下游项目无法了解哪些通知是新的，只能自己记录。如果记录获取时间，保证它单调递增且固定，下游只需记录上次更新时间即可。

新字段的名字还没想好，可能叫updated、fetched_at、accessd_on、appeared、discovered、seen等，另外可参考 RFC 4287: The Atom Syndication Format、GB/T 7714—2015《信息与文献　参考文献著录规则》 §8.4.4 公告日期、更新日期、引用日期。
