Add a settings button to disable the mod

What's the point?

If you don't see the point of that, then what's the point of buttons to individually disable settings...?
Say I have selected some tweaks that I want to use when using the mod but right now I want to disable all the features. Instead of reenabling the ones I want, having one button that just disables all, saving which ones were enabled, then reenables the selected ones would just make that a bit quicker and you don't have to remember what tweaks you had on.
I use a lot of mods and sometimes I just want to completely disable one and later reenable it, without having to remember what tweaks specifically I chose.

If you want to completely disable Mouse Tweaks just move it out of the mods folder temporarily?..

I know but then I'll have to restart my game, which can be complicated, for example on a server with a queue to get in. This isn't urgent of course, just an idea, and it seems pretty simple to implement so maybe a good-first-issue.

I just find it strange wanting to temporarily disable this entire mod but also not long enough that moving it out of the mods folder is undesirable. There are already a lot of settings, I wouldn't want to further the issue by adding one more.

It's just cause of the necessity to restart the game
