I got an issues with scroll wheel making separate stacks of the items when scrolling (ex. scrolling on a 64 stack of dirt will make it separate into one block in any slot it can go in) not a major problem but kind of ruins the QOL part of it

There are lots of mods included in this pack, so chance may be its a conflict with another QOL mod that deals with inventory

Huh, that's weird, I think some other mod is to blame here.

https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/technocracy-revolutionist this is the pack, it is a spin off of ATM/TNP pack. im not entirely sure on all the client QOL inventory mods in it but the few i know of is
Inventory profiles next, mouse tweaks and a few others i think
