Need administrator rights to create log directory, ...

Too many maintenance due to these packages. Also they are not tested.
Si generation of deb and rpm package will be deactivated until really needed.

Seems to be a known nightmare problem between CMake and DebianPackage.

Best choice is to remove deb support

Fixed by d8ab656 (.deb and .rpm packages generation is removed)
