Support for the OWO haptic vest

OWO haptic vest was supported in neos. When I got it, the owo app was updated and the neos was not, so I couldn't use it.

I want it to be compatible with the latest OWO app.

Thank you for logging this, I'm confirming here that we're aware that it is non-functional and broken.

We'll aim to look at it, like every other issue but priorities might take awhile to align on this item.

Going to be getting the Owo vest soon, wondering if theres an update to this?

Nothing has changed, @navy3001 - this item is on our tracker- so it can be looked at eventually- but similar to #8 - there are just more pressing issues to take care of day to day.
