Avatar lags behind view in vr

Describe the bug?

The avatar seems to lag behind the view in vr. This is especially noticeable if you have things in your view that are a part of your avatar.

I see the inside of my nose when the frames rate lowers.

To Reproduce

Tank the frame rate to exaggerate, but it seems to always happen.

I have a world full of cameras here to cause frame dips. Framerate here is mid teens on a 7800x3d and 7900xtx so careful f you load it.

Expected behavior

The avatar moves with my view even in low frame rates.
