It is necessary because internal validation for Laravel for example doesn't support Arabic numbers.
If I have the validation
intfor a number it will not pass.There is a very useful package for laravel, and the guy behind it is Yemeni 👍 but the package is not updated so it is not working for the new Laravel versions. We need to update the package by making a pull request to make it work.
By the way, some people will say that these (١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩٠) are Indian numbers not Arabic and that is not true. Bothe (١٢٣) and (123) originally came from India and Arab took both of them, used them, and develop them. But one of the number types was used in the eastern areas of the Arab world and the other in the western areas. The Europian took what Arab people used in the west, but because of the Western domination, the western number dominate the eastern ones. for more you can read this blog that proves that eastern numbers (١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩٠) were used in Arabic world from a long time.
