Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no way to prevent certain users from editing the Yoast Metabox settings.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide a way to disable the Metabox for certain users, perhaps using User Roles. The Metabox could be completely hidden and/or access to editing any of the settings could be disabled.
why you think the feature request is something we should consider for the Yoast SEO plugins?
Some site admins might want certain users to be able to add and edit content to the site. However, they might not want these users to change any of the Yoast SEO settings in the meta box (post title, description, etc).
The plugin already has a way to limit access to certain settings with User Roles.
