Retrieve all generated seo tags

Yes. My problem is I am running a very customized version of wordpress and I wanted to save the html output of generated seo tags to postmeta.

I read throughout the documentation and I cant find a function that will return or echo all the generated seo tags. On frontend you can, but I wanted to retrieve this during save_post hook.
