Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In the page https://www.study-together.com/edu/dse-maths-core/fundamental_data_handling/uses_and_abuses_of_statistics/survey_sampling_and_questionnaire_design/ , the article is very long actually.

However, SEO analysis reported that:
Text length: The text contains 46 words. This is far below the recommended minimum of 300 words. Add more content.

Describe the solution you'd like

In Chinese, there is nothing call "word-separator" (i.e. space in English). Each character is itself a word. So, we can simply take the string len as the no. of words. https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.iconv-strlen.php

Why do you think this feature is something we should consider for the Yoast SEO plugins?

Word count is one of the important info for SEO analysis

This also affects the keyphrase recognition, for example, in the SEO title. In the example below, the focus keyphrase is SCI代发 but the plugin isn't able to detect it because the characters are not separated in the SEO title.
