Option to Paste on the description fields are not showing on the right-click menu

Please give us a description of what happened

The paste option is not showing on the right-click menu within the description fields. However, the option to paste via keyboard shortcuts works without any issues. The issue is within all the description fields (meta description and social description on the Yoast SEO metabox and Content type settings pages)

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Edit a page and right-click on the meta description field. You can notice that the paste option is not showing within the menu.
2. The same issue occurs on the Social description and content type settings

Expected results

1. The copy-paste option needs to be shown on the description field, as some don't know the shortcuts.

Actual results

1. The 'Paste' option is not showing on the description field.
