Take the sample RegisterForm that you have provided as the example:

The Name filed is prepopulated with "yrnnnn". I make no changes and just add password, repeat password fields and the checkbox.

The "Register" button stays inactive. Only if the name is edited (even if back to "yrnnnn") does the register button become active.

I can't reproduce this, please provide more detailed steps to reproduce.
