ショートサイズのソイの抹茶ティーラテと合わせて食べると550kcalぐらい。どうにかカロリー削減できないかと、パンを片側だけ食べてみるチャレンジをしようかと思ったけど、まさかそんな試みが成功するはずがない。食欲は強し。意思は弱し。なんて美しいんだBLT&エッグサンドイッチ。根菜チキンサラダラップが謎に劣化してしまったから、温かい抹茶ティーラテと合わせて食べる冷たいフードはこれしかない。もう。
