とにかく眠るエンジニア

何をするか分からなくなったら眠る
頭の働きが悪くなってきたら眠る
自分のコンディションが自分で判断できなくなってきたら、そもそも自己洞察力が落ちている状態なので、眠る
明らかに生産性が上がる実感がある
人間のエネルギー状態、睡眠の切実な重要さに対して理解がある、少なくともそれを阻害しない会社に就職する
