物事の理解を深めるのに、よく目を閉じて考える。沈思黙考。なかば仮眠状態。

頭の中だけで、ひとつの問題について考える。意図的に考えて、次に空白を作り、脳に任せて自動思考させる感覚。

人生の課題にとどまらず、プログラミングの設計について考えるときもよくやる。
