zenpatch lwrp Needs to be updated for Core 4

The zenpatch utility for which the zenpatch lwrp wraps, did not persist beyond Core 3. For a duration of time there was no similar functionality, however recently zenup is being introduced to fill a similar role.

The zenpatch lwrp needs to be updated such that it can use zenpatch on 3.x while using zenup on 4.x
