Error when plotting 1 col 2 rows

When changing the plot settings to 1 col and 2 rows. reproducable. see image.
When changing back to other settings it works again.
btw...plottting in the header of the tab has a "t" too much ;-)

i just narrowed this down a little....it only occurs, when UNchecking the "plot legend" button. otherwise it works
