Thanks for the great effort on this document. Here is my feedback:

  • add a section below the title containing:
    • Authors:
    • Last Updated: YYYY-MM-DD
    • Status: Draft
  • define at the beginning what "PSC" stands for (not every reader knows what 'PSC' means)
  • change all dates in the document to the ISO standard of YYYY-MM-DD
  • the PSC Guidelines document referenced should be ported to either the GitHub wiki, or some part of the new infrastructure, instead of to a Trac link (http://zoo-project.org/trac/wiki/PSC/process)
  • question: is the current list of PSC members listed somewhere (this document or elsewhere), and their terms (how long they are committed to be on the PSC) ?
  • where it says 'via an online tool' I would suggest adding in brackets: "(such as LimeSurvey https://www.limesurvey.org/ which can be installed on the ZOO-Project infrastructure)"

Thanks!

Thanks @venka-foss4g for drafting the document and for the feedback @jmckenna

  • add a section below the title containing:

    • Authors:
    • Last Updated: YYYY-MM-DD
    • Status: Draft
  • define at the beginning what "PSC" stands for (not every reader knows what 'PSC' means)

  • the PSC Guidelines document referenced should be ported to either the GitHub wiki, or some part of the new infrastructure, instead of to a Trac link (http://zoo-project.org/trac/wiki/PSC/process)

The reference is not mentioned anywhere in the text, instead it would be good to remove it? Please suggest. @ZOO-Project/psc

Added website link to the ZOO Tribal Council.

I would be favor to use GitHub wiki if no-one object, I think we should proceed this way.

Indeed, I was investigating using fosshost but I received an email over the week-end asking for money support, so it may not be a good option for us.

Should we think of moving to another infrastructure?

I honestly wonder if it is not safer to ensure the payment ourself, and in consequence, ensuring the project future on our own without relying on any support from anyone...

I think it is a very sad but, true statement. Hope to get feedbacks.
