Lost Signal on some chromosomes

Hi, it seems like I also encountered the error right here. As the default vignette showed subset.chromosome to be limited, I have created a list to incorporate about ten more chromosomes, but still encountered the error.

I tried to manually estimate the bsSize following the manual, but it cannot detect binding site signals:

Current definition does not result in binding sites on all chromosomes where signal was present.
